More than 5.000 higher education professionals from all over the world gather in Seville from 12-15 September to explore new trends in this field during the 29th Annual European Asociation of International Education Conference and Exhibition.
The European Asociation of International Education (EAIE) and the Andalusian Public Universities organize the 29th Annual EAIE Conference and Exhibition, which will take place from 12-15 September 2017 at the Seville Conference and Exhibition Centre (FIBES). Under the theme 'A mosaic of cultures', more than 5.000 participants coming from higher education institutions from all over the world will confront different views on this field ni order to create new guidelines for the future.
The event aims to be the perfect meeting point to explore new trends, debate hot topics with leading figures in HE, foster new partnerships and network at dynamic social events.
The Annual EAIE Conference is Europe's largest and most comprehensive higher education event. Its programme is packed full with interesting sessions, networking events and knowledge-sharing opportunities. At the same time, over 200 exhibition stands from all over the world will showcase their products and services, becoming the ideal platform for new partnerships.
Among the speakers, assistants will be able to listen to Alexander Betts, motivational academic and humanitarian; Adam Field, business comunication coach and comediant; and Talye Selasi, writer and photographer.
As part of the parallel activities, the University of Seville Campus tour will provide an overview of the university’s history, structure, educational and research activities and student life. The International Center staff and Erasmus and local students will have a leading role in this activity, as they will attend the tour and accompany participants, providing opportunities for questions, partnership agreements, and cooperation.
Founded in 1989, the EAIE is the acknowledged European centre for expertise, networking and resources in the internationalisation of higher education. It is a non-profit, member-led organisation serving individuals actively involved in the internationalisation of their institutions through a combination of training, conferences and knowledge acquisition and sharing. EAIE equips academic and non-academic professionals with best practices and workable solutions to internationalisation challenges and provides a platform for strategic exchange.
